AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND NINE (HUNDRED ABD
i FIFTY DOLLARS FROM OFF-STREET PARKING FUND TO PARKING METER BUDGET
PM-3 (.2--26-261) MAINTENANCE AND IMPP.OVEMENT, " ERV CES CONTRACTUAL".
. WHEREAS~ certain extraordinary emergencies' have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary
' to appropr-mate more rooney for various functions of the City Government
than was approp--iaced to the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana,, that for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions
for the yqiar ending December 31, 1970 the following amount o6 money
is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund named and for
the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to all laws governing.

SECTION 2, That for the fiscal period;, there is hereby appropriated
the following specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency that

IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Coryron Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that such unnecessary existing appropriation be now reduced
in amount as foilowsz aridthe sane is appropriated to the above named
items
