AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINE H UtiDRED($900.00)
DOLLARS FROM THE SURPLUS BARRETT LAW, FOR THE 1971 BUDGET OF
THE BARRETT LAW DEPARTMENT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana that there be, and there is, hereby appropriated
out of the Barrett Law Surplus Fund the sum of $900.00 to be used
and expended by the Barrett Law Department for the year 1971 as
follows:

36. Office Supplies

SECTION 2. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
