AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE WITHIN THE CITY! PLAN DEPARTMf:,T BUDGET

THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM. CP•.[ 1' (2-24 2t 1 ) PRINTING O/T
OFFICE SUPPLIES, "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL" AND FIFTYDOLLARS ($50000)
FROM CP-6 (2-21-211) FREIGHT, EXPRESS, DRAYAGE, "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL"
TO CP-20 (3-36-363) OTHER OFFICE SUPPLIES, "SUPPLIES"
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is necessary to
appropriate more money for various functions of the City Government
than was appropriated to the annual budget.
SECTION la BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City Government and
its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1970, the following
mount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund
named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to
all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be
held to include all expenditures to be made during the year unless
expressly stipulated by lawn
SECTION 2e That for the fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated
the following specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency
that exists,

SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appro-
priations now have unobligated balances which will not be used for
the purpose which appropriated..
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that such unnecessary existing appropriations be now reduced
in amount as follows: and the same is appropriated to the above
named item.

SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation,
