CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 11:04 a.m.
Council Member Aymon, Mayor Bailey, Council Member Scott, and Council Member
Witte answered roll call.
City staff present was Jerry Summers, Police Chief; and Pete Rittenger, Police Sergeant.
WORK SESSION
Discussion of noise ordinance options
Sgt. Rittenger presented to Council information regarding noise ordinances. The general
consensus from Council Members was that there was not sufficient concern to enact a noise
ordinance at this time. Sgt. Rittenger will establish some criteria and recommendations on time
restrictions on live music for further review by Council.
Code Enforcement Priorities
Sgt. Rittenger presented to Council information regarding the Police Department's Code
Enforcement priorities.
