CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 1:06 p.m.
Council Member Aymon, Mayor Bailey, Council Member Swanson, and Council Member
Witte answered roll call. Council Member Scott was absent.
City staff present were Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; Eric McCormick, Golf Course
Superintendent; Dennis Coyle, Parks and Recreation Director; Linda Stokes, City Treasurer;
John Anderson, Airport Manager; Jerry Summers, Police Chief; Michelle Groenevelt,
Community Development Director; BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk; and Cindy Blackman, Human
Resources Manager;

FY12 Budget Work Session
The Council discussed the following FY12 revenue forecasts prepared in 2010 and updated by
staff in March, 2011.

Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager presented the following assumptions used in the development
of the FY12 budget:
Growth & Development Property Taxes: $95,000 (equal to FY11)
New Building Permits equal to FY11 estimates (15 EDUs)
