Council Member Scott was absent. City staff present were Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; Eric McCormick, Golf Course Superintendent; Dennis Coyle, Parks and Recreation Director; Linda Stokes, City Treasurer; John Anderson, Airport Manager; Jerry Summers, Police Chief; Michelle Groenevelt, Community Development Director; BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk; and Cindy Blackman, Human Resources Manager; BUDGET WORK SESSION FY12 Budget Work Session The Council discussed the following FY12 revenue forecasts prepared in 2010 and updated by staff in March, 2011.
