RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3353
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING
A FEE FOR THE PROCESSING OF ADDRESS CHANGES TO
EXISTING STRUCTURES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 79 -472, a change or addition of a City fee may be
established by City Council resolution.
SECTION 2. The change of a street address number for an existing structure shall be subject
to the payment of a fee in the amount of $500.00, which is the estimated reasonable processing cost. The
assignment of addresses in conjunction with new construction shall be exempt from this fee.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
