THE SU1l OF FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($4275.001 FROM M-1 PAYROLL, "SERVICES PERSONAL" TO M-9 (2-24-241) PRINTING, "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL"', M-11 (2-25.252) REPI$IR TO EQUIPMENT, "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL", M-15 (3-32=321) GASOLINE, "SUPPLIES1°, M-24 (5-54) CLOTHING ALLOWANCE, 01CURRENT CHARGES", M-31 (7-72-72-6) OTHER EQUIPMENT, "PROPERTIES". WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is necessary to appropeiate more money for iiarious functions of the City Government than was appropriated to the annual budget. SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for the year ending December 31, 1970, the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures to be made during the year unless expressly stipulated by law. SECTION 2. That for the fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated the following specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency that exists. AMOUNT REQUESTED M-9 (2-24-241) Printing, "Services $50.00 Contractual" M-11 (2-25-252), Repair to Equipment $808.00 "Services Contractual" M-15 (3-32-321), Gasoline, "Supplies" $750.00 M-24 (5-54), Clothing Allowances $250.00 "Current Charges" M-31 (7-72-726), Other Equipment, $2,417.00 "Properties"' SECTION 3. WHEREAS*- it has been shown that certain existing appropria- tions now have unobligated balances which will not be used for the purpose which appropriated. IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that such unnecessary existing appropriations be now reduced in amount as follows: and the same is appropriated to the above named item. REQUESTED REDUCTION Mml Payroll, "Services Personal" SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approvbl by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
