AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN R-3 ONE TO EIGHT FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICTS OF ORDINANCE 2325-1968 COMMOffC -KN SIN AS THE
7UNTRDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED .TUNE 3,
1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1e As provided in Article 22, Section o011 and Article 48
of Ordinance 2325-1968 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Richmond, Indiana the following described real estate is
allowed as a Spec!Ai Use t(-wit: Accessory off-street parking spaces
(410012) to be located at 214 Cm, Ist Street.
Lot, 4 RRosehill Addition in City of Richmond, Indiana
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special use and as an
additional restriction on said use, the following requirements shall
hereafter and at all times be met by the owner,'leasee or any person,
fLrm or c.orportation using such real estate,

SECTION 3, The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond is hereby
authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of this ordinance,
to record and approve the issuance of a permit for the establ.ishxr,-„t
of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shp:ll be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval by the Mayor and publication as by
law required.
