Public Input-None Minutes 1. January Regular Meeting - Director R.Weinschenk presented minutes from the regular meeting held on Wednesday, January 6, 2010. One correction was noted that although the minutes state he was present, Kelly Lewis was in fact absent from the meeting. On a motion from K.Thomas, second by T.Trigg, the minutes were approved with the noted correction. All Ayes. 2. January Special Meeting - Director R.Weinschenk presented minutes from the special board retreat held on Thursday, January 21, 2010. On a motion from K.Thomas, second by T.Trigg,the minutes were approved. All Ayes. Board Elections The park board held their annual restructuring, with each board member holding their same positions. Chinese New Year Celebration — has been scheduled from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16th and will be held at the Kiwanis Room of the Putnam County Library. This program is a partnership between the DePauw University Asian Club and Bonner Scholar Program. Admission is Free! e.
