AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE" IN R-2 ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISffRICT OF ORDINANCE 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN E
OF"THE "CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana
as follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 22, Sectipn'.011 and Article 48
of Ordinance 2325 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, the following described real estate is allowed
as a Special Use to -wit: Medical Office to be located at 198 Saw.
17th Street, Richmond, In Tana.
Lot 28 Frank M. Price's Addition to Earlham Heights
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an
additional restriction on said use, the following requirements shall
hereafter and at all times be met by the owner, leasee or any person,
firm or corporation using such real estate.

SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond is hereby
authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of this ordinance
to record and approve the issuance of a permit for the establishment
of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage,'approval by the Mayor and publications as by law
required.
