TAYLOR This is to confirm that at the Public Hearing held by the Town Commission on February 10, 2012, your application for a Level 3 Architectural /Site Plan Review to permit the construction of 3 one -story additions, 809 square feet, to the existing one -story Gulf Stream Bermuda style single family dwelling with two of the additions encroaching 2.3 feet into the north side setback and one addition encroaching 2.8 feet into the south side setback, and to permit the reconfiguration of the driveway was considered. The application was approved conditioned on the following: 1)The height of the piers shall not exceed 5 feet as measured from the lowest abutting grade; 2) The location of the piers shall be a minimum of 7.5 feet from the pavement and comply with Code Section 70 -187 Subsection 4.
