RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PERSON-TO-PERSON TRANSFER OF
A.B.C. LICENSE NO. 1201-44-041-004
FROM: NEHA-.fIGAR, INC. TO: PSVH, INC.
WHEREAS, application has been made [0 the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, by PSVH, Inc. for a Person-to-
Person Transfer of ABC License #1201-44-041-004 from Neha-Jigar, Inc., tIa Star
Liquors present holder of same aúd said licensee has consented to assign their rights to
said license to the aforesaid applicant, PSVH, Inc.; and
\VHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised in the
Home News Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough of Carteret and no
objections, either verbalJy or in writing, were fiJed or made to the Governing Body or to
the Municipal Clerk regarding said transfer; and
'VHEREAS, the applicant has disclosed and the local authority has reviewed the source
of all funds used in the purchase of said license and the licensed business and all
additional financing cbtained in connection with the licensed business; and
\VHEIŒAS, the application form is complete in all respects and the applicant is
qualified to be licensed according to all standards established by Title 33 of the New
Jersey Statutes, promulgated thereunder, as well as pertinent local ordinances and
conditions consistent with Title 33.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by tbe Mayor and
Council of the Borough ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that ABC
License #1201-44-041-004, heretofore granted to Neha-Jigar, Inc., Ua Star Liquors, be
and the same is ht'reby transferred to the applicant, PSVH, Inc., to sell a1coholic
beverages in confomlity with the laws, statutes, rules and regulations of the State of New
Jersey and with the resolutions, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Borough of
Carteret relating to and concerning said Iicense and to be held by them until said license
expires, unless sooner revoked.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of this Person-to-Person Transfer on behalf of the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public Safety, Division of
Alcoho1ic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-
0087.
