CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 7:00 p.m.
Council Member Aymon, Mayor Bailey, Council Member Scott (via phone), Council
Member Swanson, and Council Member Witte answered roll call.
City staff present was Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; and Peter Borner, Public Works
Director
OPEN SESSION
Finalize the response to the wastewater Technical Advisory Group recommendation
The wastewater Technical Advisory Group was formed as a result of the Settlement Agreement
with the Payette Lakes Recreational Water and Sewer District. The Technical Advisory Group
was tasked with making a written recommendation for:
1) The short-term and long-term manner in which the wastewater treatment, storage and
disposal requirements of the customers of the City and the District will be met; and
2) The rate model used to determine charges to users of the Facility including the District.
The TAG report was submitted to the McCall City Council on October 14, 2011.
The Council reviewed the TAG report, and made some agreed upon changes.
Council Member Witte moved to approve the letter stating the McCall City Council's requested
recommendations and amendments to the TAG Report and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents. Council Member Aymon seconded the motion. In a roll call vote Council
Member Witte, Council Member Aymon, Mayor Bailey, Council Member Scott, and Council
Member Swanson all voted aye and the motion passed.
Council Member Scott left the meeting at 7:45 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mayor Bailey adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
