RESOLUTION NO. 2020-001
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN'S CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PLAN
Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to review its major projects per its Capital
Improvements Plan, and;
Whereas, the City Council recognizes the fact that it will need to update the Plan as
projects or timelines change;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the attached updated Capital Improvements Plan.
On the 7th day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2020-001, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN'S CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PLAN and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Olney.
Ayes: Bartels, Havens, Olney, Schnedler
Nays: None
Absent: Walls
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2020-001, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
UPDATING OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN'S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 7th day of January, 2020.
