RECONVENE AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey reconvened the regular meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 11:00
a.m. Council Member Aymon, Mayor Bailey, Council Member Scott, Council Member
Swanson, and Council Member Witte answered roll call.
City staff present was Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; and the Technical Advisory Group
members present were Peter Borner, City of McCall; Dale Caza, Payette Lakes Recreational
Water and Sewer District; and Gary Young, Independent Advisor.
WORK SESSIO
Wastewater Technical Advisory Group (TAG) Discussion
Peter Borner, Public Works Director, presented the Wastewater Technical Advisory Group
(TAG) plan to Council. The Council reviewed the TAG Plan and discussed it with the TAG
members. The Council requested more details to include timelines, flow projections and cost
estimates.
Council directed Lindley Kirkpatrick, City Manager; and Peter Borner, Public Works Director,
to prepare a letter to the TAG, summarizing the items discussed. A meeting was set for Monday
November 28, 2011 at 7:00 pm to finalize the recommendation to the TAG.

Without further business, Mayor Bailey adjoureethe meeting at 12:45 p.m.
