BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, 7ndiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1 As provided in article 22, Section .01i a d A:'tic_I =t8
of Ordinance 2325-1968 commonly known as the zoning, ordinarcc cr t;;e
City of Richmond, Indiana, the following described cell estate is
allowed as a Special Use to -wit: Professional (medical) Building
to be located at 2507-09 East gain StreEft, Richmond, indiana..
A part of the Southt!est Quarter of Section Ihirty--four ('34),
Township Fourteen (14), Range one (I.) west in Wayne County,
Indiana, and being more particularly described as follotise
Beginning .at an established icon spin at the foot of a
cedar tree. which iron ;yin is sixty-four and-85 one -
hundredths (64.6,r) rods easts and Seventeen and t%oenrva
five one_h-_-rdj-euths. (17�25) rods north of the south-
west corner of said quarter section; thence north
four and one-half (4-1-2) degrees east, three hundred,
fifty-four (354) feet to the center line of National Road;
thence south eighty-five (85) degrees west along said
