A. Title VI Program – DRAFT
Action Requested: Review and discussion
Staff Report: Recipients of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding are federally required to
report certain general information to determine compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,
including a Public Participation Plan and Language Assistance Plan. New in 2023 is the development
of a combined Title VI Program for CAMPO and JEFFTRAN, Jefferson City’s transit division.
CAMPO and JEFFTRAN are both recipients of FTA funding and are required to update the Title VI
Program every three years. See the attached staff report for more detail.
B. Federal Performance Measures
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and recommendation to the Board of Directors.
Staff Report: MPO’s are required to collaborate with State DOT’s in annual target setting with respect
to performance measures in three categories (Safety, Bridge/Pavement, and System Performance). Staff
are proposing for CAMPO to support the state performance targets established by MoDOT. See the
attached staff report for more detail.
