CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 3:05 p.m.
Mayor Bailey, Council Member Scott (via phone), and Council Member Witte answered
roll call. Council Member Swanson and Council Member Aymon were absent.
City staff present was Gene Drabinski, City Manager; Larry Stokes, Acting Chief of Police;
Michelle Groenevelt, Community Development Director; Dennis Coyle, Parks and Recreation
Director and Interim Airport Manager; Anne Kantola, Library Director; Delta James, City
Planner; Carol Coyle, Grant Coordinator; Garrett Mapp, GIS Technician; Debra Smith;
Administrative Assistant; and BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk.
WORK SESSION
AB 13-44 Department Annual Reports to Council
• Michelle Groenevelt, Community Development Director, presented and City Council
discussed the Community Development Annual Department Report. Council Commented
to add the ICDBG to list of accomplishments. Council also commented that the Web -site
needs to be better maintained and up to date. Council expressed their appreciation of
Michelle's work and the accomplishments of her department.
• Dennis Coyle, Interim Airport Manager, presented and City Council discussed the
Airport Department's Annual Department Report. Council expressed appreciation of the
efforts toward eliminating noxious weeds at the airport. Council expressed their
appreciation of Dennis's work and the accomplishments of his employees.
• Larry Stokes, Acting Chief of Police, presented and City Council discussed the Police
Department's Annual Department Report. Council commented on the spring cleanup and
asked to ensure there are dumpsters available when advertised.
• Anne Kantola, Library Director, presented and City Council discussed the Library
Department's Annual Department Report.

ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mayor Bailey adjourned the meeting at 4:36 p.m.
