CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 3:08 p.m.
Council Member Aymon, Mayor Bailey, Council Member Swanson, and Council Member
Witte were present. Council Member Scott was absent.
City staff present was Gene Drabinski, City Manager; Peter Borner, Public Works Director, and
Laura Wilson, Deputy City Clerk.
WORK SESSION
AB 13-60 Department Annual Reports to Council
Peter Borner, Public Works, presented the annual report for Public Works. Mr. Borner prepared
a more thorough report to supplement the original submitted report. See attachment. His report
covered Administration, Engineering, Streets Division, Utilities Division, and Treatment
Division. Mr. Borner noted the importance of asset management of City infrastructure and
continued training and skill improvement for employees. He gave an update from the Streets
Division of the 2012 snow removal and snow removal equipment. He also informed Council of
current issues of snow removal in the downtown area. He gave Council an update on the Park
Street project and the Water and Sewer Treatment plants.
