HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 94-33631 1 1 RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3363 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING ZONE VARIANCE 94 -1205, A REQUEST BY CHARLES MICHAEL THOMAS TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITIONAL BEDROOM, RESULTING IN A TOTAL OF FIVE BEDROOMS IN THE DWELLING, WITH ONLY A TWO CAR GARAGE, INSTEAD OF A THREE CAR GARAGE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: SECTION 1. Based upon public input received at a noticed public hearing before the Planning Commission and based upon additional information provided in the Staff Report, and based upon testimony received before the City Council at a noticed public hearing on August 16, 1994, the City Council hereby approves Zone Variance 94 -1205 based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 94- 1741PC. SECTION 2. This project is not inconsistent with the General Plan, and is categorically exempt from CEQA. SECTION 3. Accordingly, Zone Variance 94 -1205 is approved. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
