RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3363
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING ZONE VARIANCE 94 -1205, A REQUEST BY
CHARLES MICHAEL THOMAS TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF AN ADDITIONAL BEDROOM, RESULTING IN A TOTAL OF FIVE
BEDROOMS IN THE DWELLING, WITH ONLY A TWO CAR GARAGE,
INSTEAD OF A THREE CAR GARAGE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon public input received at a noticed public hearing before the Planning
Commission and based upon additional information provided in the Staff Report, and based upon testimony
received before the City Council at a noticed public hearing on August 16, 1994, the City Council hereby
approves Zone Variance 94 -1205 based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 94- 1741PC.
SECTION 2. This project is not inconsistent with the General Plan, and is categorically exempt
from CEQA.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, Zone Variance 94 -1205 is approved.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.

Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of August, 1994, by the
