CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 9:00 a.m.
Council Member Aymon, Mayor Bailey, Council Member Scott, and Council Member
Witte were present. Council Member Swanson was absent.
City staff present was Gene Drabinski, City Manager; Linda Stokes, City Treasurer; and
BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk.
WORK SESSION

Stan McNutt covered the following topics in an all day training seminar for City Council:

2. Prerequisites for Successful Elected Officials and Corporate Bodies
3. Council/Manager Form of City Government in Idaho
4. The Form ...The Laws ...Practical Governance and Tips from the Legal Playing Field
5. Building an Effective Legislative/Executive/Administrative Team

7. Working as an Effective Team
8. The Do's and Don'ts of "Best Practices"
9. The Governance Coordination Review and Manual; Consolidating and Updating Policies
and Procedures Vital to Good Council/Manager Form of Government
10. Recommendations and "Diagnostics" - A Fresh Look at Some "Best Practices" Applied
