CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Bailey called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 3:15 p.m.
Mayor Bailey, Council Member Swanson, and Council Member Witte were present.
Council Member Scott and Council Member Aymon were absent.
City staff present was Gene Drabinski, City Manager; and BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk.
WORK SESSION
Governance Manual Discussion
Council worked through some of the recommended changes to the proposed Governance
Manual. There was significant discussion regarding Robert's Rules. There were some members
of the Council who were not quite sure how Robert's Rules would change or effect the way the
Council operates currently. There was a Council consensus to have a work session to work
through and understand Robert's Rules.
Council was reminded of the revisions to the Calendar of meetings for the holiday season.
