DISTRICT (C-113) TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY CONCEPT
AND SITE DISTRICT/NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT (OPD/C-
113) FOR LOT 1, HOYT'S FIRST SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN, IOWA and known
as No. 2018-430 was duly passed by the Council on the 3rd day of April
2018, and signed by the Mayor on the 4th day of April 2018, and
