RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3367
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES TO SIGN
APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR FEDERAL FUNDING
UNDER THE CIVIL DEFENSE ACT OF 1950
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. That the following named individuals are hereby authorized to execute for and on
behalf of the City of Temple City, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California,
applications and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil
Defense Act of 1950, as amended, (Public Law 920, 81st Congress, 50 U.S.C. 225102297).
