CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Aymon called the regular meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 3:05 p.m.
Mayor Aymon, Councilor Giles, Councilor Swanson, and Councilor Witte all answered roll
call. Councilor Scott was absent
City staff members present were Michelle Groenevelt, Community Development Director; Delta
James, City Planner; Peter Borner, Public Works Director; and Laura Wilson, Deputy City Clerk.
WORK SESSION
AB 14-55 - 2013 Annual Department Reports to Council:
Council Members have requested the opportunity to review and discuss operations, priorities,
and future activities for each Department in more detail. Staff prepared brief Annual Reports for
the following departments: Community Development and Public Works. The Reports are
intended to serve two purposes: provide background for the Council and provide an overview of
the Department for the public.
Michelle Groenevelt, Community Development Director, presented and City Council discussed
Community Development's annual report. Michelle briefed Council on the activity level within
the development community. There was a brief discussion regarding code revisions for the
Downtown Master Plan.
Peter Borner, Public Works Director, presented and City Council discussed Public Works
Annual Department Report. Mr. Borner discussed in detail the roles, responsibilities, current
status, and future plans of each department.

Without further business, Mayor Aymon adjourned the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
