Box 1626 Tybee Island, GA 31328 RE: SIGNAGE AT 1207 HIGHWAY 80 Dear Mr. Jones: Although a permit (#08-0315) was issued for the above referenced signage, an inspection dated 03/05/2009 found the signage to be in violation of Sections 6-060, 6-070 and 6-080 of the City sign ordinances. Based on your conversations with our inspections department on 03/06/2009 it was agreed that you would bring this signage into compliance within thirty (30) days of the inspection date. Please take the necessary steps to bring this signage into compliance so the City will not be required to take further action.
