CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the January 3, 2023 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:45 P.M.
to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Deeken, Fitzwater, Hensley, Kemna, Lester, Schreiber, Spencer, Spicer, Ward,
and Wiseman*
Absent: None

DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Fitzwater will lead the prayer.
Appointments by the Mayor
- Gail Strope, Human Resources Director will present the recommended appointment.
Consent Agenda
- There were no questions at this time.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff presented their introduced bills.
Bills Pending
- City Staff presented their pending bills.
- City Attorney Ryan Moehlman noted a need for a floor amendment to the RS2022-39
contract. Councilmember Fitzwater stated that he would make a motion to amend the
contract.
Closed Session
- A closed session is scheduled on tonight’s agenda.
