RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3374
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY
COMMISSION AND SETTING TERMS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY
COMMISSIONERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Robert Pitts is hereby appointed to the Public Safety Commission of the City
of Temple City. Said term to expire on June 30, 1995.
SECTION 2. That the term of Public Safety Commissioner Harry Aronson will expire on June
30, 1996.
SECTION 3. That the term of Public Safety Commissioner Keith Canonic will expire on June
30, 1996.
SECTION 4. That the term of Public Safety Commissioner Matt Jacobs will expire on June 30,
1996.
SECTION 5. That the term of Public Safety Commissioner James Walker will expire on June
30, 1995.
SECTION 6. That the terms set forth herein supersede any terms set forth in Resolution No.
94 -3365.
SECTION 7. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of Octo er, 1994.

Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of October, 1994 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Souder, Wilson, Breazeal, Budds
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councihnember- Gillanders
