Minutes
November 30, 2021 7:00 PM Greencastle City Hall
I. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM; upon roll by Mayor Dory the
following were present: Mark Hammer, Adam Cohen, Stacie Langdon, Veronica Pejril, Cody
Eckert and Dave Murray. Jacob Widner was absent.
Redevelopment members present: Gary Lemon (ZOOM), Gwen Morris, Erika Gilmore, Lottie
Barcus, Brian Cox.
II. New Business
A. YMCA Wellness Center- Motion by Adam Cohen to have the additional gym space added to
the YMCA Wellness Center project, second by Veronica Pejril, 5-1, motion carried. Cody
Eckert voted no.
Motion by Gwen Morris to move forward with the additional gym space in the YMCA Wellness
Center Project, second by Lottie Barcus, 3-0, motion carried.
Ill. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:18 PM upon a motion by Veronica Pejril with a second by
Mark Hammer, 6-0, motion carried.
Motion by Lottie Barcus to adjourn the Redevelopment Commission meeting at 8:18 PM,
second by Gwen Morris, 3-0, motion carried.
