CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Aymon called the special meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 6:00 p.m.
Mayor Aymon, Councilor Giles, Councilor Scott, Councilor Swanson and Councilor Witte
answered roll call. A quorum was present.
City staff present was Gene Drabinski, City Manager; and Traci Malvich, Human Resources
Manager.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 6:01 p.m., Councilor Giles moved to go into Executive Session for: Hiring - Pursuant to
Idaho Code §74-206(1)(a): to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or
individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order
to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not apply to filling a vacancy in
an elective office or deliberations about staffing needs in general; Councilor Scott seconded
the motion. In a roll call vote Councilor Giles, Councilor Scott, Mayor Aymon, Councilor
Swanson, and Councilor Witte all voted aye and the motion carried.
Council discussed hiring Nate Coyle as the City Manager.
RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
At 6:10 p.m., Councilor Swanson moved to return to Open Session. Councilor Giles
seconded the motion. In a voice call vote, all voted aye and the motion carried.
Council directed staff to schedule an executive session to discuss records that are exempt from
disclosure.

ADJOURNMENT
Without further business, Mayor Aymon adjourned the meeting at 6:13 p.m.
