Re: Agenda Item — Transfer of Funds Request
As you know, an Agreement was reached with the Watertown Town Hall Associates, SEIU, Local
888 for the period of July 1, 2019 — June 30, 2022. Base wage increases for this Agreement are as
follows:

Effective July 1, 2019
Effective July 1, 2020
Effective July 1, 2021
In order to provide the four Non -Union Confidential employees (two in the Town Manager's Office
and two in Personnel) with the same base wage increase effective July 1, 2020, I respectfully
request the attached transfer be placed on the February 23, 2021 Town Council Agenda.
