RESOLUTION NO. 94 -3376
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION 5142 AND
5205 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
BUSINESS LICENSES AND PERMIT FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following fees shall apply:
H. Specialty Business Classification Rates.
The license fee for Specialty Businesses shall be as follows:
Entertainment 1994 business license /permit rates
A. Professional (Permit Required - $94 annually) 352.00 annually
B. Informal (Temp. Permit Req. - $0 annually) 0.00 annually
Entertainment 1995 business license /permit rates
A. Professional (Permit Required - $97 annually) 363.00 annually
B. Informal (Temp. Permit Req. - $0 annually) 0.00 annually
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and the
same shall thereupon take effect and be in force for the calendar year 1994 and 1995.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 1994.

Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of October 1994, by the
