The Variance and the Level 3 Architectural Site Plan Review were granted as requested with the condition that the temporary building shall be removed in 12 months and a progress report on the project given in 6 months. Enclosed is a copy of the legal ad and the invoice from Palm Beach Newspapers showing the charges for the advertising to be $684.18. Please make your check payable in this amount to the Town of Gulf Stream, as we have already paid Palm Beach Newspapers. If a building permit including aforementioned improvements is not applied for by July 10, 2004, these approvals will expire.
