Mayor Aymon and Council Member Giles were absent. City staff members present were Nate Coyle, City Manager; Peter Borner, Public Works Director; Linda Stokes, City Treasurer; Nathan Stewart, City Engineer; Traci Malvich, Human Resources Manager; Stacy LaFay WWTP Operations Manager; and BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk Also in attendance were SPF Engineers Scott Wenger, and Nancy Heuman WORK SESSION Wastewater Options & Improvements Presentation and Reguest for City Council to Fully Support and Endorse the Water Reuse Process Scott Wenger with SPF Engineers presented Wastewater Options and Improvements to the Council. Following is an outline of the information presented. Council Member Swanson moved to direct staff to carry on with Option One as proposed by SPF Engineers and Option 2 as proposed by the Payette Lakes Recreational Water and Sewer JUB Engineers. Council Member Scott seconded the motion. In a roll call vote Council Member Swanson, Council Member Scott, and Council Member Witte.
