3. Discuss how this committee would propose to the Select Board suggestions for changes to
the Upper Charles Trail Committee Charge and Purpose, to be included with the report to
be submitted to the Select Board per their request.
4. Review for approval the minutes from 3-20-24 and 4-3-24 meeting.
The listings of matters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at
the meeting. Not all items listed in fact may not be discussed and other items not listed may
also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
