CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Aymon called the regular meeting of the McCall City Council to order at 5:30 p.m.
Mayor Aymon, Council Member Giles, Council Member Scott, Council Member Swanson,
and Council Member Witte all answered roll call.
City staff members present were Nate Coyle, City Manager; BessieJo Wagner, City Clerk; Erin
Greaves, Communications Manager; Linda Stokes, City Treasurer; Michelle Groenevelt,
Community Development Director; Eric McCormick, Golf Course Superintendent; David
Simmonds, Information Systems Manager; Traci Malvich, Human Resources Manager; Nathan
Stewart, Public Works Director;
Payette Lakes Recreational Water and Sewer District board members present were Chair Jerry
Vevig, Vice -Chair Ellen Holm, Director Rick Skelly, Director Mark Larson, and Director Dallas
Young
BUSINESS AGENDA
Recap of Annexation Ballot presentation
Nate Coyle City Manager opened the meeting introducing the Council and District Board members
and staff. He then gave a brief introduction of the possible annexation of the city sewer services
by the District.
Presentation of Sewer Rate Study by FCS Group Consultants
Angie Sanchez Virnoche and Melanie Hobart with FCS group presented the sewer rate study to
the City Council and District Board. The study included rates for the City and separate rates for
the District in the event the annexation was unsuccessful. FCS also presented the rates that would
be in effect if the annexation was successful.
Public comments and questions
At the end of the presentation Ms. Virnoche and Nathan Coyle fielded questions from the public.
