RESOLUTION NO 94 -3384
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING HOLIDAYS FOR FISCAL YEAR
1995 -96.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the Temple City Personnel Rules and Regulations, the holidays
established for the City of Temple City are as follows:
New Years Day
Presidents Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
Three floating holidays, two of which are designated by the City Council each fiscal year.
SECTION 2. For Fiscal Year 1995 -96 the two floating holidays are designated as October 9, 1995
and January 15, 1996.
SECTION 3. For Fiscal Year 1995 -96 the Friday after Thanksgiving Day is designated as a
floating holiday to be taken at an employee's option.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THIS 6TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1994.

City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of December 1994 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Gillanders, Souder, Wilson, Breazeal, Budds
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
