The meeting was caller, to orc r at 7:45 P.;.s.by the Mayor to consider the work on the tunnel which the men wanted to quit, Hankins,Burman,Jeremiassen,Sanden Tinker,Venable present. The board paid each man on the work $16.66 so that they might pay some of their bills, It was decided to continue the work on the tunnel three more days. Venable moved,Jeremiassen seconded:To adjourn.Motion carried. Clark Called meeting March 30 1938 Mayor Mayor Molander called this meeting at 7:45 P., -to arrive at some settlement with the men rho had abandoned the tunnel work but had been but had been putting in well casings(perforated)through the wall of the well. It was decided to pay for the tunnel work by the foot as per aggreement although the minimum was to have been 25 ft. The contractors were asked to bring all the bills they had contracted while they were working on the tunnel. Burman,Hankins, J eremi aas en, S .nden, T inker and Venable.
