The Board will consider approving minutes of executive sessions:
12/18/12, 1/22/13, 2/5/13, 2/26/12.

3.i. MARATHON FUND REQUEST (ACTION)
The Board will consider the following funding request:
a. Hopkinton High School Lacrosse Helmets. Marathon Fund balance here.
6:45 PM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS (ACTION)
4.The Board will consider appointing thirteen candidates to the Elementary School
Building Committee, including four community seats. The four candidates were
approved at the February 28, 2013 School Committee meeting. The candidates are:
a. Mike Shepard as member of the community knowledgeable in educational
mission and function of facility.

b. Joe Markey as the At Large member of the community.
c. John Weaver as member of the community with architecture, engineering
and/or construction experience.
d. Rob Nickerson as member of the community with communications, marketing
and/or facilitator experience.

7:05 PM FISCAL 2014 COMPREHENSIVE BUDGET (ACTION)
5.The Board of Selectmen will consider advancing a FY14 Fiscal Year budget to the
Appropriations Committee, per Section 6-2(e) of the Town Charter.
7:35 PM MID YEAR REVIEW OF THE FIRE CHIEFS’ FY13 GOALS (DISCUSSION)
6.The Board will conduct a mid year review of the FY13 goals for the Fire Chief.
7:50 PM CONTRACT EXECUTION (ACTION)
7.The Board will review and consider executing an agreement with Power
Engineers, LLC for engineering services to assist the Town with the preparation of
preliminary information needed for a interconnection application to NSTAR and
subsequent review of NSTAR's Impact Study in connection with the proposed 5MW PV
project near Fruit Street.
