SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On Friday, November 24, 2006 Vehicle #10, a 1997 Ford pickup truck, was damaged in an
accident on Wooley. While there were no injuries and the City employee was not at fault, the truck
was totaled. ICRMP has provided $8,610 for the value of the truck. Replacement with a 2007
model will cost $16,800. The $8,190 in additional funding needed will come from other Water
Fund capital programs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve line item transfers totaling $8,610 from both the Contingent Revenue and Expense
line items in the Water Fund to the appropriate revenue and expense line items.
