Called Meeting i/ June 1C 1938
Mayor Molander called the meeting, at 7:7C P.M. and told the board
that the school board wanted to either lease or buy the west 25 ft.
lot of the town's for a shop building.
The school boar. came in and after some discussion it was decided
thatthe Town board was willing to make any legal arrageme t about
transfertng this lot and that the school board choulatake up the
matter with At t' y Kelly.

Mayor Molander called the meetin to order at 7:55 P.M.
Anderson,Jordan,Sanden,Tinker,Venable and Widmaier.present.
Minutes of the regular meeting of June 7 and the called meeting
ere read and a pproved as read.

Amos Sudler & Co. wrote that the Park Refunds''' g bonds were held
by the State Land Office.
Chas .Frye made application for a 3;2
Tinker seconded:Thatthe board grant Frye and Bell a 3.2 y beer licens
All voted aye.
