SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Paula Bartlett and Helen Eimers of Long Valley Families in Crisis (LVFC) will address the Council
with an update on their activities and needs.
The City is limited by the Idaho Constitution from making donations. Bond covenants prohibit the
City from waiving water and/or sewer fees. There might be ways to support the mission of Long
Valley Families in Crisis other than a cash donation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to staff.
