SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Patty “Patsy” Riker Lafon was born on February 16, 1917. She married Dwight “Bud” Oliver Miller
on July 8, 1939. The Millers had two children, Barbara and Marilyn. They also now have thirteen
grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren. They reside in South Pasadena, California.
The Miller family first visited McCall thirty years ago.
Attached is a proclamation declaring February 16, 2007, to be a special day in McCall, Idaho, to

honor Patsy Miller on her 90 birthday.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the mayor to sign the attached proclamation.
