RESOLUTION 95 -3393
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AUTHORIZING FACSIMILE SIGNATURES FOR THE DRAWING
OF WARRANTS AND CHECKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby authorize the City Treasurer
to utilize Facsimile Signatures for the following personnel pursuant to Section 37203 of the Government
Code.
Hugh R.
City Manager
Francine Maldonado
City Treasurer
William R. Hart
Deputy City Treasurer
Section 2. These signatures are hereby approved for the drawing of warrants and checks.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February 1995.
