SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The appointment of a new Deputy City Manager of Administrative Services/Treasurer requires the
Council to update the list of signatories on the City’s bank accounts.
Resolution 07-2 authorizes the newly appointed Deputy City Manager of Administrative
Services/Treasurer, the Mayor and Council President, as well as the City Manager, to sign checks
and other disbursements.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 07-2 and authorize the Mayor, Council President, City Manager, and
Deputy City Manager of Administrative Services/Treasurer to sign all necessary
documents.
