SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall was awarded $67,134 from the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation for design
work to determine how to improve the intersection of Lick Creek/Davis Ave. to better and more safely
accommodate recreational vehicles traveling to and from Ponderosa State Park.
The grant timeline has been extended to June, 2008 so that traffic counts can be prepared this summer and
so the City can hold a public meeting to obtain comments on design options.
In order to pay for the engineering costs, the grant award needs to be moved from Capital Project contingent
revenue and expense to a new project related line item for revenue and expense.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Transfer $67,134 from Capital Projects Contingent Revenue 30-99-075-100 to State-LC/Davis
Intersection Revenue 30-30-025-160; and,
Transfer $67,134 from Capital Projects Contingent Expense 30-99-750-100 to State-LC/Davis
Intersection Expense 30-60-250-710.
