SUMMARY STATEMENT:
There are several small industrial lots in the City of McCall that are non conforming because they fall
below the City’s minimum 10,000 square foot industrial lot standard.
This zoning text amendment would reduce the minimum lot size for industrial property platted prior to
March 16, 2006 to 3,000 square feet.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules and read Ordinance No___ by title only, one time only.
