SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 1, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission) held a regularly scheduled
and noticed public hearing for purpose of evaluating three (3) land use applications associated with a
proposed development known as Cathedral Pines. After considering all public testimony, the Commission
recommended to the McCall City Council, approval of the associated preliminary plat subdivision and
planned unit development applications.
The Commission found that these land use applications met the requirements of McCall City Code Title 3
and Title 9. The Commission recommended approval of these two land use applications by the McCall City
Council subject to certain conditions. The conditions of approval are found in the accompanying staff
report.
It should be noted that Cathedral Pines applicant currently owes the City $2,475.28 for services rendered
and staff would request any land use approval be contingent upon their paying for these services rendered.
The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the staff report findings and conclusions for the preliminary plat subdivision and planned unit
development and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
