SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On June 4, 2007 the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission) held a regularly scheduled
and noticed public hearing for purpose of evaluating two (2) land use applications associated with a
proposed development known as Reserve on Payette. After considering all public testimony, the
Commission recommended to the McCall City Council, approval of the associated preliminary plat
subdivision and planned unit development applications. The Commission recommended approval of these
two land use applications by the McCall City Council subject to certain conditions. The conditions of
approval are found in the accompanying staff report.
At a regularly scheduled public hearing held on June 28 the City Council determined to continue this item
to July 12 to review additional information received. Meantime, staff has cleaned up the work product and
believes the new land use packet is complete and accurate.
The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the staff report findings and conclusions for SUB-07-2 and PUD-07-2, and authorize the Mayor to
sign all necessary documents.
