SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This is a request by David Clutter for a conditional use permit to bring an existing motorcycle repair shop
into compliance with City Code and noting that the recreation vehicle service use requires the procurement
of a conditional use permit in the Community Commercial Zone where the operation is located.
The McCall Planning and Zoning Commission heard this land use application on April 3, 2007. The
Commission is recommending approval of this land use application to the McCall City Council subject to
certain conditions. The conditions of approval are found in the accompanying staff report.
The complete land use file is available for public review during normal working hours in the Community
Development Department located at the McCall City Hall, 216 East Park Street, McCall, Idaho 83638.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the staff report findings and conclusions for CUP-07-2, and authorize the Mayor to sign all
necessary documents.
